Refund Policy

QuickSum is a digital macOS app. Purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery, unless the download is inaccessible, a duplicate charge occurs, or a refund is required by law.

QuickSum licenses are normally one-time digital purchases. There is no recurring renewal unless a future product plan clearly states otherwise before checkout.

Completed purchases are generally not refunded unless there is a duplicate charge, a billing error, a material access issue, or a refund is required by law.

Digital downloads and paid resources are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded.

We may approve a refund if the file is unavailable, materially defective, inaccessible because of our systems, purchased twice by mistake, or if a refund is required by law.

Refunds may be processed through Paddle. Bank, card network, or payment provider processing times may vary.
